I like my visitors to submit two forms in one go while I have submissions of both form as is in separate tables so I can have two filled pdfs based on submissions.

secondly, what is the difference in public and private form. I do not want my form to accessed by generally public using url. I have embedded my forms in wordpress where user can only fill form after log in

Hi, thank you for contacting JotForm support.

You can set up the Thank You page of the first form to redirect the user to the second form. This way, when the user submitted the first form, he will be automatically redirected to the second form.

Your second question will be answered on this support ticket https://www.jotform.com/answers/2792872 shortly.

Let us know if you have further questions.

Hello @nbashir - Unfortunately, when you embed the first form to WordPress, it will be added to the page as an iframe. As a result, after submitting the first form, it won't redirect to the same iframe, but to the same tab using the second form's direct URL.

Here's an example WordPress page where I embedded a form. Submit it and you shall be redirected to the second form but it will not be contained in an iframe, rather, it will take the whole tab: http://rex-testing.rf.gd/2792833-2/
