I just sent a test form based on one of your satisfaction survey templates to one of my email addresses.

I opened this form on my cell phone, clicking the "View in Mobile Device" option.

Instead of showing the form, it took me to a site where Jotform software could be installed.

To use your service and respond to forms, do all users have to have JotForm software installed on their devices?

It's on your wish how you would like to open the form. You would be shown both the choice to open the form in a browser and in the mobile app:

Did you open the link in the orange button in the screenshot?

    Looking forward to your response.

    Thanks.

I am not sure why you are requiring a recipient of your form to install an app on their phone just to see the app.

Why don't you just provide a link that will open the form in a browser window and answer the form as they would do if they received the form on their desktop?

The option to view the form in mobile app is visible in the email when viewed only in mobile and not in the desktop as some users has pre-installed mobile app.

One can assign the form to both the user that has an account and the one who doesn't have. Some users prefer to fill the form in the Kiosk mode in the mobile app. So we have to keep the option for both type of the audience.

    Thanks.
