Why aren't emails being sent from my licensed Jotform App? (For other Jotform Licence Customers)

    I have been a loyal customer of Jotform for 3 years now, recently making the move to purchase the application to host on my own server. I hired a number of developers now to install this application and get it working - no luck! 

    This is a call-out to other jotform licence customers as no support is provided whatsoever by Jotform on these issues (which is frustrating and has influenced my thoughts on them). Anyway, my issues is as below:

    // I'm using 1&1 VDS | Plesk Panel 

    I have installed the Application as per the instructions and 'auto-responders / email notifications' are only being received by a few email providers (not all!). 

    The 'way' the emails are being sent, is being rejected from some providers (inc. Hotmail, Yahoo, iCloud and my own Domain). That said, Gmail, Yahoo and Optusnet received them fine – strange because I don't even have a spam filter on my own domain email address. 
    So what's going on??? These emails aren't even showing in spam folders (just disappearing into thin-air)… Is there an alternative or something that has been installed incorrectly?

    Thanks ardy0689 for redirecting me to Interlogy.. 

    This is however, for other Jotform Licence Customers who might be using this support forum as Interlogy don't provide any support for their Licence Customers.
