Reached upload limit - how to clear?

    I have a free Jotform account and I just received an email saying that I have reached my upload space limit. I was wondering if there's a way in which I can delete the existing uploads to free up the space so that I don't have to upgrade my account?

    You would need to delete the submissions with file attachments in them.


    Then purged the deleted submissions in the TRASHED ENTRIES:


    Doing so will clear the upload space allocation of the account.

    However, please note that purging submissions will permanently remove them from our servers and there'll be no way to retrieve them in case necessary. So I would suggest backing up your form data first by downloading them. Here's a guide on how-to-export-all-of-your-data-at-once
