PDF form changes the order of the fields and questions.

I am trying to turn my original questionnaire into a pdf. However, when I use this feature it changes the order of all of my questions. Is there a way for this not happen so that I do not have to reorganize everything?

I have checked your form, and it seems that you are referring to the alignment of some fields on the PDF version of the form, correct? Such as the Yes or No options and shrunk fields are unshrunk:

This is due to some limits in the PDF Editor, the behaviour of the fields can't be automatically synced. You can change the layout for some of the fields through the Field's Settings:

Apologies for the inconvenience but it seems that there's no option and it's not possible to automatically synced the precise arrangement or the field's behaviour on the PDF version of the form, and this is also because the PDF Editor uses a different environment compared to the online form builder.
