    In the month of january, our account went to the $49 a month plan, I do not know how this happened.


    I am switching us back but need a refund of the difference


    look at our history, you will see that there is not that much usage

    We are sorry to say, but the only thing we can do is to give you the refund base on our 30 days money back guarantee policy. It is always up to our customers to contact us about the issues with account, especially with paid subscriptions. You should have contacted us on the date you've mentioned so we can resolve this for you.

    We can see that you have downgraded your account to Premium,and partial refund of the October 9, 2013 payment for Professional Monthly has been processed already - $40.28 USD.

    Again, we can only send you the refund for this month charge for the Premium Subscription ($9.95 USD) then we'll downgrade your account to Free. Please confirm.
