Having issue while integrating PayPal with HIPAA compliant jotform

Hi there,
I am a web developer and contacting you on behalf of my client. His business is EutheraOnline. I created his website and it's live now on www.eutheraonline.com. He is trying to integrate his PayPal account with your HIPAA compliant jotform that he has an account with you.
Please check the attached screenshots to view the error and let me know the reason of error plus solution as it's important and urgent.

Your screenshot doesn't show any error, I'm only seeing that the PayPal is successfully integrated. You probably uploaded a different image, can you please attach the image that shows the error so we can check?

Also, just want to confirm that this is the form https://www.jotform.com/form/203575874399069 in question?

The PayPal integration is not yet connected to the form:

Have you verified the PayPal email address?

Note that the Paypal checkout integration requires a Premier or Business type Paypal account. If you have not upgraded your Paypal account yet, I'd suggest reaching Paypal and ask them for the upgrade.

Please try to connect to the integration and once done it is connected click on the Save button at the bottom:
