I am not tech savvy at all, I hired a web designer to create our website, www.swsedan.net, he used JotForm for our reservation page.

    The problem is that emails (reservations requests) are only going to JotForm and nothing forwarded to our email.  It was working for a couple of days but not now.  PLEASE HELP.

    Hello, I have checked your reservation form and everything seems to be in proper settings. This should work without any problems. I also did check if your email address is in our bounce list but it came up clean and not listed there


    Please add our email addresses to your contact list or address book for both of the webmail and if you are using a desktop email client such as Microsoft Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird, make sure you add them there as well:



    If the above suggestion does not work, you may also whitelist our mailing servers
