jotform HIPAA questions

    Hi there, we are considering the HIPAA compliant version of Jotform. I have two questions:

    1. What happens to the data that is put into the forms? after being transferred via email to the owner, does the historical information stay in jotform? if so, how long?
    2. If we were to purchase the subscription, is there a minimum contract length or is it a monthly membership?

    > The data will remain in your Tables view, for as long as you want to keep it unless otherwise deleted: https://www.jotform.com/hipaa/

    If we were to purchase the subscription, is there a minimum contract length or is it a monthly membership?

    > There is no minimum contract, for as long as you want to make use of the Hipaa features, you may keep the account on either Silver or Gold plans.
