jotform to monday number field not working

    Hello, I am using the integration to create a new item. My target field is a number column and I am trying to auto-fill from a number field. It sets up the integration (green checkmark) but when I create the item, this information does not transfer over. Am I doing something wrong?

    By number field, do you mean Date field or Hours field?

    According to my information, the following fields works with Monday Integration:



    I checked your integration details, and it looks like the Hours field isn't connected.


    Click on ADD NEW FIELD to link the Hours field.

    Yes, I am talking about the 1. Hours field. I must have deleted the connection since reaching out to you, but it is connected now with a numbers column in my Monday board and it is still not transferring over. Project name and date are working.

    I have made a clone of your form and integrated it with my Monday account and the hours were sent successfully over.


    Could you remove the integration and add it again, maybe the mapping didn't register properly?

    Thank you so much! We resolved this issue based on your feedback.
    We are
    however running into another issue. We have an automation set up on the side that works based off of the "Description of Work" dropdown.
    It is supposed to populate a status column in Do you know if
    automations work based off data imported from your forms? Do we need to
    contact directly?
