Can your HIPAA forms work for other non-profits that are not in the medical industry?

Hi...

I use JotForm for many purposes but I have a client that needs secure registration and waiver forms with verified signatures.

The non-profit is a canoe club. Because of Covid, they would like to have their registration process done online (instead of in person). Prospective members need registration forms, signed waivers and other documents in order to join the club. They don't have much money so I was wondering if the fee could be waived in their case - or at least reduced.

Yes, you may still be able to use HIPAA Compliance on the form by upgrading to SILVER or GOLD plans on top of the Non-Profit discount.
