Why are some of my forms not delivered?

    I don't have this happen all the time, but it does from time-to-time....tonight being another occasion.

    I sent my client a link to fill in the form, but I never received the submitted form from him (it is my "Confidential Intake Form").

    I contacted him to ask if he had sent it, and he said that he had filled it out a few hours before, and even received an email from noreply@jotform.com confirmation telling him it was complete. He forwarded me the email, and sure enough, there is his completed form. I went to my Inbox on your site just to see if it was there but hadn't forwarded to my email address for some reason, but it wasn't there either.

    I have attached a screen grab of what he emailed me so you can see.

    I have checked our logs and I can see that one email has been sent instead of two (as you have received two submissions).

    We have experienced some issues at the times you have mentioned, this is probably what caused the issue.
