One particular form shows "Form over quota!"

    I am receiving message from clients that they are unable to pay or submit data via this form.

    My payment Quota says 42/1000 and my submission quota is well below that. This started when my account was downgraded on error on the 28th.

    How can we resolve this before I lose additional business?

    Cloning worked. I am assuming I now need to clone every single payment
