Incomplete payments

    We have had 8 registrants marked as "imcomplete payments" could you tell me the reason for this (we've never had this many before) In the past, when one or two people had this, I just assumed it was a user error and they did not complete the payment process.

    Good day,

    Incomplete payments only means that the user visited your form and filled out the fields then once user has been redireted to paypal user's didn't complete the form or just simply close the browser. If this is the case then you have to go to your submission page and manually update the form then you need to contact the user if they still would like to proceed with the pament.
