I am in education and am using the free account. I need people to upload a file(s) when they submit their filled out form to me. Does that go against my 100MB of space? Is that per month or a cumulative total? Thanks!

indeed, the 100MB of free storage space refer to the available space in order to upload files using the forms. This limit is cumulative so once you reached the 100MB limit , your forms will be disabled. If you need more available space you can subscribe to a paid plan with a higher upload space limit, or make a backup of the uploaded files and delete those submissions containing attached files once the backup was made.
