Our account is saying we are out of upload space. What exactly does this mean and what portion of our account contributes to this so we can know whether we can delete things to free up space or if we actually need to upgrade.

I've checked your account and found that you have exceeded your uploaded space, it's currently 104.09 MB and the limit for free accounts is 100 MB, so all you need to do is clearing some if your forms' submission data, once it's below the limit your account and forms will be active again, please check the below guide for how to delete submission data.

I strongly recommend to backup your submission data before it's deleted, you will find the below guides helpful for downloading submission data.

after deleting the submission data you will need to confirm clearing the upload space by deleting trashed entries as mentioned in the first guide.
