Prevent users from submitting the form more than once.

Hi,

I created an anonymous survey for parents to fill out using a survey template. Is there a way to ensure people don't fill it out more than once? (I don't want the data to be skewed). It doesn't have any unique identifiers attached to it as we want it to be anonymous.

You may set a unique submission in the form to prevent users from submitting the form more than once.
