Subscription renewal - cancellation and refund

    I noticed my Jotform subscription has renewed automatically for the year. Unfortunately, I am unable to work at the moment due to covid. I want to know if I can get a refund on my yearly subscription and freeze my account. I don’t want to lose any of my forms. When I return to work...hopefully this summer, I’d like to renew at that time. Thanks so much, Lacey Fitzgerald

    Hi Lacey,

    As per your request I've canceled your subscription and the refund has been processed. You should be able to see the refunded amount on your end in the next 5-7 working days. Your forms will remain in your account. You'll be able to use them once you renew your account.
