Duplicate Billing

    I have a jotform with integrated merchant services & a captcha. However, users are still getting billed twice or 3 times. Is there a solution to this?

    It looks like you already have a ticket open related to this same issue.

    I would request that you follow up on that ticket itself so that there is no confusion.
