Password reset not working

    Hello I forgot my password for this email. I have been practicing sending my new jot forms from my main user business account (kimyamas@stonesoupcounseling) to my yahoo private account to test them out. However when I try to reset my password for the yahoo account, the link immediately goes to "password link expired" even though I do it immediately. Please assist.

    To avoid any conflict try to logout from your business account or any other Jotforms accounts, delete your browser cache and cookies in the last session, then try the reset password process again.
