I obviously do not understand this problem. I have another form that doesn't come to the top of the page. I have tried copying code from forms that work, but it is still loading on the bottom.

    the url is: https://allseasonspetcare-qtei.squarespace.com/new-client-boarding-sign-in

    the form is: https://www.jotform.com/build/203627673991163#preview

If there is a variable that I need to change in the code to determine frame size...what is it I need to change. You all are so helpful...please help me one more time on this...and provide anything I can look at to understand just what is causing this problem. Thank you!

I've checked your form and I see it will be better to disable the option of showing PDF thumbnail on the welcome page since this makes your form's page position in the middle when embedded, that's what makes you scroll back to the top.

I also recommend using the embed code instead of iFrame or source code embedding as it automatically fits the position & size of your form in the embedding page.

one last thing is that you need to clean the source code of your page as part f the iframe code is rendered as a text in the bottom of your page.
