Fields not aligned properly in the preview

    Hello - My form "The United School New Families Enrollment Packet 2020/21" looks great in preview/edit mode, but when its sent to a recipient, its format is distorted.


    Any suggestions?

    As we check the form, we notice that the spinner field is not enabled with the option 'Move to a new line' in the field properties.

    The date field may be adjusted by increasing the form width to 800 in the form designer. Also, there is some custom CSS code added to the form which may be causing the issue. Please check the CSS added to the form make necessary changes.
