We have an automation set up on the Monday.com side that works based off of the "Description of Work" dropdown.

It is supposed to populate a status column in Monday.com. Do you know if
automations work based off data imported from your forms? Do we need to
contact Monday.com directly?

Is the issue/question related to JotForm? Right now, the form submission can only pass data to Monday.com. You can only integrate your form to Monday.com by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/578-how-to-integrate-jotform-with-mondaycom

Do you want to add a dropdown form field to your form and pass the data to Monday.com?
