URGENT: Problems wsith Captcha

    Hi,

     

    today i receive ongoing mails of customers complaining about not working captcha in our forms???!!!! Never had such complaints before, what's going on? Is this a general problem?

    Hello,

    Can I have the URL of your Website/page where your fom is embedded? So that I can further check if it is a javascript that is conflicting with your form or if the problem lies on your form itself. 

    If you could provide the URL that would be great so that we could further investigate and replicate the issue.

    I have just tested all three forms and there weren’t any problems. But when trying the second of the above mentioned forms I was asked twice to fill in the captcha.
    In principle the forms are working properly (i get permanently submissions) but apparently today they are working not all the time correctly

    Hello Andreas,

    I checked all the forms and didn't find any issue with any of your forms. All forms are working fine and I was able to send test submissions. I was successfully redirected to your thank you message.

    Please be informed that if you enter a wrong captcha text in your form, after form submit a new captcha screen will appear asking you to enter the captcha text again.

    Do test again and let us know if the issue persists.
