Hi,
I am trying to download a fillable pdf but this specific form is not downloading.
I'm trying it form the "more" menu- Publish Form- PDF- Downloand PDF.
Please advise

This is due to the HIPAA-compliance enabled for the account. It seems that the fillable PDF forms are not HIPAA compliant and so isn't supported yet.
Please allow us some time to check with our backend team for more information in this regard. We'll let you know once we have any news.

Interesting. I have dowloaded other PDF forms on our account without any problems (all HIPAA compliance enable)

I understand. This doesn't seem to work at the moment, so I have escalated this to our developers for confirmation.
I tried it again on my test HIPAA form and still able to replicate it. Submit buttons are not being added to the PDF form as well.
We'll let you know here once we received an update from our developers.

I am following up on this ticket from January. We need to download this to PDF forms, it's still not working.

Additionally, this form New Patient Intake seems the only one we are able to download to PDF. however once downloaded it's all misaligned and not effective to use. Please see pictures: -

Sorry for the inconvenience we've caused.
There was an issue on HIPAA accounts that prevents to download fillable PDFs. This issue is resolved now. You should be able to download your fillable PDFs without any problem.
