i have a form that functions great now but is having teathing problems.

it has lots of if conditions that change depending on the the options selected.

The form doesnt akt as expected if the user fills in the options for BOOK ON 3 COURSES then goes back to the top and selects BOOK ON 2 COURSES then selects the same full time option.

as both options use the same fields, so they get stuck as shown when they realy should be cleared / hidden.

so is there a way of clearing the form if the user changes there mind and goes back to the first options?

I have thought of a few fixes but not sure if it will help:

javascript to check if an ooption has been selected more than once and forces a page reload. but:

can i embed javascript into the form without having to embed the full source code into the website?
as the dates in the form will change monthly and i would be chaseing my tail adding the full sorce on the website every time i make a change.

Thank you for contacting us. I have cloned your form, Please check if this how you want your form to work. Remember that when using conditional feature by default it is "Hide" so instead using hide try to use "Show" as it will only Show the form once it has met the condition.

We will wait for your response.
