I have been using jotform to create forms for the rescue I volunteer for. Clients are having trouble viewiing the form through a facebook tab program. The tab program just pulls up the tab in a window on Facebook. Chrome and IE seem to be having the issue. When I use a IE simulator I don't have problems. I was wondering if you may have any ideas what could be causing this to happen.
"Adoption App." and "Foster App." under tabs on the link provided below. (The Great Pyrenees Rescue of Oklahoma facebook page.) The Amazon wishlist and donate tab seems to be working for everyone, the adoptables tab has been hit or miss (a link to the adopt-a-pet html page). I understand it may be the app I'm using on Facebook, but I can see it fine on my MacBook using Firefox with pop-up blocker, using IE 6,7,8 emulators, iPhone 3 emulator, and Safari. I have had problems viewing on my Android OS phone through its native browser, but not through my HTC Facebook app. I do not understand why the JotForm is the common denominator in all my error tickets lately. My theories haven't panned out to be 100% true.
(All the facebook app required for "coding" on those pages was copy and paste the url. I'm using WooBox.)

I searched your facebook page on google and I found it, I was able to see that 2 apps are not working which is "Adoption App." and "Foster App." Please try to use https://secure as what I know apps does not support unsecured content.

It seems to be working now for those with problems, with a security warning on most browsers with the added s.
I doubt most of the clients will accept the security exception. *sigh* Our mean user age is about 55.

Glad to know that everything is working now. Some other sites really forces their pages to be displayed as a secured site unlike way back before, This is also to add an additional encryption when using their site. Let us know if you have questions.

When you select the facebook embed option, just make sure the "Secure Form" checkbox is selected. Selecting this checkbox doesn't just change the direct link, but also the facebook embed code. So you will need to re-paste it in your page after the checkbox is selected (I forgot this part originally)

I'm having the same issue. I put the Facebook code in Woobox and it does not appear. I used the Dreamweaver option and that worked but it looks horrible, nothing like nice organized aligned form I created.
