    Hello abbateh,

Free account can receive 100 submission every month. Once the submission limit is reached all your forms will be disabled and your users will not be able to submit your form.

On your question of #101 is bit tricky. Here is the process how it works. When you reach your submission limit, an warning email is sent to intimate you that your account has reached its limits and you should upgrade your account. You get some time to upgrade your account before your form gets disabled. In this grace period also you can receive submissions normally. Form actually gets disabled only once the grace period expires.

You also get an warning email when you are reaching close to your submission limits.

    Hope this answers your question.

    Thank you!
