Terms of Use page, see the section I highlighted in Red…

Forms and Submissions. Company does not claim ownership of any information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, tags, or other materials you submit or make available for inclusion on or through the JotForm Service ("Forms and Submissions"). As between Company and you, you own all rights to your Forms and Submissions. When you make a Form, Submissions page or a Report "public", you grant Company a worldwide and fully sublicensable license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly perform, and publicly display your Forms and Submissions (in whole or in part) in any format or medium now known or later developed. Company does not pre-screen forms or submissions and you agree that you are solely responsible for all of your Forms and User Submissions.

Please detail out what you mean by this...  I want to understand if you are going to take and use the data submitted in our forms.  It appears to conflict with your Privacy Statement...

    Hello Drew,

We do not in any way take and use the submissions you received in your forms.

When making a submission, it goes directly to Jotform's servers.  And when you publish your forms and reports, you use Jotform's servers to be able to accomplish this.  So this simply means that when you making a form or report public, Jotform is given the right to make your reports and/or public because it is your intention.

Hope this explains and provides better understanding about the terms and policies of Jotform.

If you have other questions or concerns, or if you need further clarification, just let us know.
