confirmation information is incorrect

    I cloned a form from last year, but then changed the dates. The confirmation email still shows the old dates and contact information. I really need that corrected. I have looked at it several times and tested it myself but I just received another submitter's confirmation that is incorrect.

    Hello Marianne

    Having just created a clone of your form and making a submission with all date boxes checked, the dates and times displayed in both notification and autoresponder messages matched those on the form: August 9th (8th grade) 8:00am-12:30pm and 12:30pm-4:00pm, and AUGUST 11th (7th grade) same times. Are those not the dates you wish to have displayed?

    If you are not getting the correct dates and contact information, please delete both the notification and autoresponder and replace them with new ones. Update the reply-to and recipient settings where necessary.
