if i set up the integration after 35 forms were submitted, is there a way to get those forms over to the google drive folder i created?

Upon checking and testing, only submissions after setting up the google drive will be the one that will be carried over to your Google Drive integration.
Old submission data won't be integrated anymore, so the best option next time is to add the integration prior to making your form live.
The work around for your current Form is to manually export it via excel and integrate the data to your google drive folder.
