this is related to my other question about why peoples forms aren't being submitted. it looks like when i use my form on IE10/Win 8 (at least), that it never submits! i get this js error on the ie console:
SCRIPT438: Object doesn't support property or method 'readAsBinaryString'

WORKAROUND: turn off image validation... so that's what's causing the issue.
so it's working on the form i sent with this question now... but turn on image validation on a test form and pull it up with IE10 and click on it while looking at the js console and you'll most likely see the issue...
I have replied to you on this thread but a different answer. I can see that you have issues with js or jquery when using an IE. I have also checked your site an I can see that you already have DOCTYPE in your page what I can see as an alternative is to try re-embedding the form using an iFrame and see if this works.
i dont think that explains why it only happens on IE V10 and only when image validate is turned on...
so you're saying if you want to use image validate on the current version of IE, that you need to embed using an iframe? that sounds like a workaround more than a long term solution. i think you may want to forward this to development as a bug while we're working around it.
It was indeed a bug on the validation image feature only on IE10 browser. Our developers are made aware to this already so let me pass your thread to them so you will get updates once this is fixed. May we suggest to turn it off atleast for now to avoid getting error on IE10 browser and so your users will be able to submit the form.
