I positioned the feedback tab on the left side, center position. Shows up on my computer but not other computers.

    Hello Tom,

Can you give us a screenshot of this page you're referring to? I only see a feedback link on the right side that says Save $$.  Is this the same feedback tab you're referring to?

    We'll wait for your response.

    Thanks.

Update: you also have a feedback link on your about-me page and it's located on the right, middle part of the page.

Is it possible as well to provide us a screenshot image of the feedback tab that you're referring to?

Not referring to the current tabs on my page. Had to remove your tabs due to the issue of them not showing up other than on my computer. It seems as though I lost clients due to this fact. My ads and other specials never showed up using Jot. I am surprised these bugs were not resolved prior to launching this site.

Can you create a new page and add the same code so that we can see the problem? Thanks.

Created the tab on my main page. It is positioned left and center position. It is labeled Save $$ like the one on the right of screen. I'll leave the tab until until this evening.

    Thanks

    Hello Tom,

I still can't find the tab that you're referring to.  Can you post here a screenshot?

Also if you could give us details about the browser you're using and if possible, the version number as well.

    Thanks,

    Liyam

    Hi Tom,

Your website was created using Wix which is a Flash-based website builder. Although you can insert HTML codes in your webpages by adding an HTML widget, the Feedback button is not just plain HTML. It is a JavaScript code which calls multiple functions to the webpage to display the feedback form in the center.

Since your site is flash-based, support for JavaScript is limited. While researching, I found an answer from a wix support member

Question: Can I write JS in the HTML feature?

Answer: As long as your JS is not calling a function outside of the widget code itself it should work fine.  Wix can't offer support for any script put into the HTML widget and it is provided for the user to experiment with.  Assuming all of your code is contained within the widget, things should work fine :)

Since the Feedback codes are JavaScript codes calling a function outside of the html widget, it will not be able to display the form encompassing the whole page. It will be limited by the size of the html widget.

Solution is to resize the html widget so that it extends to the size of the whole page. Take a look at this sample wix page I created.

Below is a screenshot of how I resized the html widget that contains the feedback form:

As you can see, the "playground" wherein the feedback form codes can do things is limited by the size of the html widget you embed it in.

Hope this post answers your questions. Let me know if you need clarifications regarding this solution. Thank you.

I understand this. The problem is this: Anything under the HTML widget is not accessible. ie navigation buttons and such.

Oh, I didn't see that. If that's the case, then I'm afraid there is nothing else we can do about it. Jotform is an HTML Form Builder while your website is Flash-based.

Like what the Wix support members said,

Wix can't offer support for any script put into the HTML widget and it is provided for the user to experiment with

I guess that goes the same for us.

I suggest that you use other methods though, like iframe embed codes, although you cannot mimic a popup using this because the form displays and stays where it is.

I'll need to use my internal tab and install a link instead. Would have been kind of cool to have the tab on the left side of screen though. I appreciate the assist! Thanks
