Hi I am new to forms / jotform, so I am not sure if I am even using the correct product.!
However what I am trying to acheive is to generate a standard product form where staff who are responsible for doing product tests will complete set questions (which may take 1 day to 6 weeks to complete) as they test a product and then once complete they submit it where I can get the completed form and the evaluation 'form' is then saved in a google drive where I can then share it for other staff to view in the coming months.
What I have been trying to do is I have used JotForm and created the 'blank report' which is great as it has all the simple tools to creat the report as I need, and passed the link to the technicians doing the review, however how can I then share the link to the 'completed' form so 1. I can see where in the evalaution the staff member is up to and 2. have a link to share for future review of the completed form.?
Am I using the right product or is there something else I should be using, or a way to acheive what I require.?

1. If you're referring to the visual report or any other reports, it comes with the URL and iframe embed code for sharing. Example:

If you'd like to get each URL for each of the complete form, try the Edit Link but I'm not sure if this is exactly what you wanted to achieved since this allows any users to edit and re-submit the completed form. https://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date

You can also integrate your form to Google Spreadsheet so form submissions data will be forwarded to google spreadsheet file for easier collaboration with your users/members.
