The timeslots in the appointment field are displaying delayed when timezone is changed

    Hi. i created a form (https://form.jotformz.com/203385561759667) and for some reason when i select (or the system detect) other timezone than the preselected (indianapolis), the schedule don´t show any available space. So, i need that this works good because i will use it for a global application.

    the other problem is that is not detecting the day and time defined and the calendar start on january 2021...so that is a problem because means that the user needs to manually go to may 20.

    Hello!

    Our apologies for the inconvenience.

    It looks like an error occurred when the appointment field was added to the form and therefore is causing the bug. I have created other forms with appointment fields, and the time slots still show even after changing the time zone.

    To save you some time, I have manually created a similar form on your account. Kindly check it and delete the original one if the second one works as you wish. https://form.jotform.com/210044188860049

    i just review the new form and i have a problem with the schedule when i select the Santiago zone... the problem is that 1:00 is missed..

    ideally i prefer to use AM/PM structure but i know that the form not understand that when i try to set up that...

    Hi, i still have the problem when i try to choose an event from 0:00 to 24:00 because with 45minutes selection the schedule not show all the availability (specially after 10:0pm)

    As we check your form, we notice that there are two Intervals are set. However, the both intervals are covering the total day.

    The last slot on the form I could see is 10:45 PM which seems to be correct.

    Also, when I check the appointment field on the form, the slots are displaying fine when the timezone is changed. However, it is taking a moment for the first time to display the slots calculate based on the field settings and timezone selected.     by some reason from 10pm to 12 is not showing the appointment option

    Hi,

    I checked your form and it seems like the time slots are not showing all the available time slot hours. (I believe 24 hours time period is what you wanted for the reservation hours?)

    But then again I see that https://form.jotformz.com/203385561759667 is currently not available. Could you see if it works on your end?

    I believe that if you are experiencing not being able to get all the time slot hours, then it must be another bug acting up again. In that case, we will have to file another bug report based on that.

    yes. i need 24 hours period for the reservations. as the other form not works i use the form that the other support person creates for me (https://form.jotform.com/210044188860049). i really need it asap, but i can see that anyone answer the bug reports.
