Hello, did I make a mistake?  I grabbed the whole source code for the form (several dozen lines) instead of what looks like one line of code that you receive when you hit the SOURCE CODE button above the form I created...
    <script src="//www.jotform.com/jsform/1602956508"></script>

Did I do it wrong?  It looks fine on my webpage.

Also, having a hard time figuring out how to redirect someone who hits SUBMIT back to the site's homepage.

    Thanks,

Yes, that's the only code you need. Full Source Code is easier to mess so we recommend using that one line javascript code to show your form on your site. Full Source Code is still available on the Advanced Options in case you would like to customize your form further.

You can change the Thank You URL after user submission from the "Thank You" button near the source code button.
