the form was saving and continued to save, but ultimately didn't. I left the page to send a support email, went back and it's not showing up. is this due to needing to pay now for service? if so, let me know asap. Catherine

Hello Catherine, I have cleared your form caches on our end. Please see if it is now showing on your end.
I also would like point out that I have seen that you have overlimitted your Free account. Currently, free accounts have SSL submissions limit of 10 per month. However, from our system is indicating that you used 18 SSL submissions and tagged you as overlimit. This may prevent your forms that uses the SSL connection "https://secure" to show up on your embedded page.
