I've changed my 'thank you' settings to display an edit page, using your suggestions here - http://jotform.ca/help/98-Confirmation-Page-Tricks
When I click 'edit', I get a url not available message.
I have tried using http://www.jotform.com/form.php?formID=xxxx as well as http://www.jotform.ca/form.php?formID=xxxx
My server is in the US, I'm in Canada. I don't understand the notion of my 'location' for 'preferred domain' purposes, so could you also point me to an explanation on that - if relevant to my problem with the URL?
Thanks in advance

Hello, I have tried cloning your form and can see the error message using the domain "http://www.jotform.ca".
However, I have some success editing under the domains "http://www.jotform.com" and "http://www.jotform.co". Please try "http://www.jotform.co" and see if it fixes your problem. Thhanks

Thanks very much - the 'co' extension works. Is the concept of 'location' and 'preferred domain' relevant to anything?

Normally, our domains are specific to other countries e.g JotForm user from US will automatically go to JotForm.us or JotForm.com when they access them.
It will be problematic if it will be based per user location concerning submissions and will make the edit link useless for other people based on other countries. It will entirely depend on where you have created your form as it is where it is hosted on that domain and Jotform will handle the rest and will use your domain to connect others.I guess your specific form is currently hosted under jotform.co as a primary to edit your submissions
