    I like your product and upgraded. 

    I've spent hours going step throug step with no success.

    I have a form called "2013 Mid-America Winter Baseball Showcase". The reply email to myself when someone signs up, works, however, I've tried many times to send to a different address, and it keeps sending to original. I changed email in my account, and that worked, but my quesiton is this:

    * If I want to add another email (I know how to do it, but it's not working) in the Reply-To and Recipient Settings do I first have to set them up with a sub-account? Trying to just add another email without adding them to sub-account is NOT WORKING. 

    It's important I know how to do this.

    I sincerely appreciate your time and consideration.

    Hello Shane, unfortunately it does not work like that. If you are just using the Test E-mail Buttonjust like below:


    Using the Test Email will only send the notification on your primary email address that is registered on your account. This is why it works when you changed your primary email address on your account. The Test Email button is meant to test the email layouts and for only this reason alone.

    It is not designed to test any other emails addresses.

    If you have configured your Recipient Email or multiple Recipient Email addresses:


    You need to send and submit the form manually by filling them up and clicking the submit button on the Preview mode
