I am trying to retrieve an incomplete form and it is saying "This submission belongs to another user.

You don't have permission to view and complete other's submission." This is also happening when the client is trying to use the "edit link". How do I fix this?

I just tried it with our HIPAA account, but I'm unable to replicate the error.

Can you send us a screenscast showing the steps your took in replicating the error?

    Looking forward for your response.

I am guessing that we are getting this error because we have a HIPAA compliant account(we just recently activated it)as noted in another forum. This is a major hindrance on our processes. We use this form to collect documents and sometimes they will need to add more documents later. If they cannot add them to the same link, then we would have to collect them in a whole new link and thus a new google drive folder. I cannot believe that there is not a way for our clients to securely access their own form.

That error means that the owner is not logged in or active session is not detected. Can you please check if the system does not recognize your session?

You can try following these steps:

    1. Log in to your account and try to complete the form again

    2. If you get the same message, kindly open a new tab on your browser and go to the JotForm site, this should show your forms if you're logged in or should ask to log in back if you were logged out.

Kindly let us know how it goes, this will help us to know if the site does not recognize your session or if the site logs you out while trying to complete the form.

    Looking forward for your response.

OK, I get that. But my clients to do not have Jotform accounts. So how can my clients, who do not have jotform accounts, access their already submitted HIPAA form?

Your only option is to downgrade to HIPAA so you can share your tables without them logging in to Jotform.
