I've tried to cancel my subscrption but I'm just redirected to Plimus and I haven't recieved a username and/or password. I'll contact Plimus with 2 days if you cannot help me.

Your JotForm subscription is already canceled. You will not be charged again. Your account will stay Premium until the time you have paid for expires.
