Hello, I have one form that is successfully populating a folder/file in my Google Drive. However, my 2nd form is not doing so. Can you advise on how to make sure all my forms are recording in Google Drive? Both forms are populating in my DropBox.

Hello, kindly try recreating the Google Drive Integration. Then test out the integration again.
Do let us know if the issue persists. Thank you.

I have cloned your form and I am unable to replicate the issue you are having.I highly recommend that you re-integrate google drive to your form. That should fix the issue you are having. But if problem persists, kindly let us know so that we could further investigate.Thank you for using JotForm.

Hi, I have tried to re-integrate, I think. I have 2 active JotForms. It seems that both are populating under different files of the same name in Google Drive. Do you havea any ideas for how to make sure the Google Drive file has the same name as the JotForm (they are different names in JotForm). Thanks!

Unfortunately we do not have access to you google drive to access the files. I do see that one form referrs to manager while the other referrs to the associate. In which case I would suggest to remove the file on google drive that is not updating properly and reintegrate that form. Verifying that the name on the file will match the form on JotForm. To keep the setup simple.
Do let us know if you need further support. Thank you.
