The form is not sending information for submissions. I have done everything possible in the faqs.....I received support that told me to make sure that there the sender field is filled in (which it was). I made sure once again that all fields are filled and it still is not sending the information.
I never had a problem with the service until now, and did not make any major changes to the form. So I am not sure why I am having these problems now....Please help, as I am missing out on contacts.

Your email notifications configuration is fine.
I checked your email logs and it shows a normal flow of email delivery. They were sent successfully to your email address. Kindly verify this from your end or you can submit this logs to your email service provider for a review.

I have also sent a test submissions to your email address. Kindly check your inbox or spam folders now if this went through fine.
If you could also allow Jotform domains and IPs to get whitelisted on your email service provider, this would help increase the reliability of emails to reached its destinations. How to setup email alerts to prevent email bouncing related issues
