Hi - FIRST - Jotforms is awesome, Thank You! We recently stopped receiving emails
when player registered from our site www.MidCoastVB.com
I read your Support FAQ and did check the email alerts - the TEST EMAIL does work for both; just not the
actual player registration. (oh, and I checked SPAM - not there either). Hmmmmm

Hello I have reviewed your form on the webpage. I corrected your Sender Name" on your notification it should not be left blank.
I have cleared your forms' caches from end.
Alternitvely, you may want to add our email addresses to your email contact list or address book:
