    Hi,

    You can use Free Text (HTML) field to insert words in between textboxes. Shrink all fields,textbox and free text, by right-clicking on the field and choosing "Shrink". You can then place the free text fields beside the textboxes.

    To remove label for the textboxes:

    1.  Click Label Align button then choose Top
    2.  Inject this custom css to your form:

    .form-label-top {
    display:none;
    }
    label[class=form-label-top] + div {
    padding-top: 10px !important;
    }

    Check out this sample form to see this in action.

    Let me know if there's anything else you need to ask. Thank you.

    Neil
