I had a silver membership and was only able to downgrade to bronze or upgrade to Gold. How can I cancel my subscription? The business has closed and no longer needs this service.

On your Billing page, are you not able to click on Downgrade corresponding to the STARTER/FREE status?
Please share with us a screenshot of what you are seeing so we can investigate further as we are unable to access your account due to HIPAA restrictions.

tabs at bottom of columns as you show. Please advise,
