Form Collapse - IssuesAsked by grampers on October 19, 2013 at 07:43 PM
I have a form collapse area midway through a page of a multiage form. Nothing below the ending form collapse element is visible. The opening form collapse has settings: status closed, visibility visible. The closing form collapse has status closed, visibility hidden (although I have tried status open the ending form collapse, with no luck). Is this a bug? Is there a practical workaround?
Just to make sure, is this is what you are trying to fix?
Kindly check out my example for, I have gone ahead and cloned your form. http://support.jotform.com/form/32917543491964?
Do let us know if this is what you need, if not, kindly decribe further on how we can help. Thank you.
I can't check out your example because it comes up "Invalid Form URL "
Re "Is this the area you are talking about?" - not really. I'm talking about all of the form elements that don't show up after the end form collapse - there are several, but they don't show up in your screen capture, just as they don't show up in my form or the Preview of the form.
Unfortunately , I'm not too sure as to why you are not able to access the my example form. In any case, I would suggest to have all form collpase fields set to, Status: Closed, Visibility: Visible. This will allow you to display the bottom part of the form, all the way down to the submit button.
Do let us know if you need further assistance. Thank you.
