first thank you for the service that is really awesome.
I have a problem with the email that i receive, i have a "coupon" folder with 6 forms. all forms were duplicated from the "modulo coupon H 2nt WD" one.
With the first 2 modules worked all fine, now i did 3 more modules
"modulo coupon H 1nt W"
"modulo coupon H 1nt D"
"modulo coupon H 1nt "
here on jotform site i receive emails with the right modules and the right name... but not on my email, there i receive them with "modulo coupon H 2nt WD" name and only the modules that are in that module.
Should i do them all new or i did a mistake?

If you're referring to the email subject, simply change all your notification subject title on each of the forms. I can see they all have the same subject headers that's why they all appears as 1 email though they are submitted form different forms.
To edit subject title,
1. Click Setup & Embed
2. Click Email Alerts
3. Open Notification
4. Change Subject Title
