I have a form uploaded that works perfectly for a PC or a lap top. The problem is thta when the form is viewed on an android or Apple device all the hidden fields are visible which makes the form unusable for the way it was designed.
Have I done something wrong? This wouldnt be a problem but in most circumsatnces when the form goes live it will be completed in peoples properties using a mobile device and therefore wouldnt be any good.

Please tell us if the form http://www.jotformeu.com/form/32901835898366 is embedded on a website where we can check.
So far I have tested using the direct URL http://www.jotformeu.com/form/32901835898366 of the form and was not able to reproduce the issue

Have a look at www.ushare.me.uk on the test boiler application page
It works fine from a pc but doesn't work with android or apple, it loses all
the functionality that has been built into the form

Can you please try re-embedding the form to your website http://www.ushare.me.uk/16.html using its Iframe code instead.
Please use this guide -Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
I am trying to establish if there could be a script conflict between the form and those scripts that existing in your website.
Please inform us of the results.
