I'd like to upgrade to Premium service @ 9.95/month. Can I pay this in full for 1 year of upgrade service, rather than have it deducted monthly?

Yes, you can do that. In fact , the yearly subscription got a discount, it only cost $90 a year. Simply click on any of the plans and change from monthly to yearly subscription

    Hi,
In response to my question, if I upgrade on the 1 or 2 year plan, is any portion of that refundable if I don't want to continue for the entire term, 1 or 2 years?
    Thank you, DG

If this is within the 30 days, yes, after that, we can make a pro-rated refund. However, if you have used the subscription for example 4 months, we will prorate using the regular price $9.95 * 4

Also, if the for example, a yearly subscription has gone  beyond 9 months, we cannot refund anything as 9*9.95  gives us a total of 89.55

I hope this sets to you the proper expectation
